Do I need to buy new hardware?
No. Your iPad and iPhone are the hardware.
Does it work on Android?
For guests, yes, everything works in the browser. The staff app is iPhone and iPad today. iOS app approved, launching with our next release.
How long does setup take?
About an afternoon. Photograph your menu and the scanner builds your storefront.
What happens after the beta?
Your founding rate is locked for life. Pricing may change for new members, not for you.
Beta businesses run free and help shape the product. When the beta ends you'll get plenty of notice, and your menu, staff, and data all carry over. Nothing resets.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No commission, ever. The small per-order fee on the pricing page is the whole cost.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your data is yours, take it with you anytime.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Payments run on Stripe, and card numbers never touch our servers.
Authentication uses industry-standard JWT and bcrypt, payments run through Stripe (PCI-compliant), and role-based permissions mean staff only see what they need to.
What if I have more than one location?
Growth is priced per location. More than a few? Talk to us.
Does Ordr Ring help me get new customers?
Yes. The live neighborhood map sends guests to member businesses.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel anytime, no cancellation fee.
What kind of support do I get?

What happens if my internet goes down?
Your staff iPhones work on cellular. If the store WiFi drops, service keeps moving.
