Accessibility
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Ordr Ring wants everyone to be able to browse, order, and book — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our websites, and Apple's accessibility guidance in our iOS app.
What we've done
- Our public pages are audited with automated tooling (Lighthouse/axe) and score highly; color contrast is managed at the design-token level so fixes apply everywhere at once.
- The customer ordering and checkout flow in our app carries screen-reader labels, announced status changes (like "order placed"), and touch targets sized to Apple's guidelines.
- We ran a full internal accessibility audit in July 2026 and are working through the findings in priority order — money-touching and public surfaces first.
Known limitations
Remediation is ongoing: some staff-facing screens and older pages don't yet meet our target, and we're fixing them as part of the audit backlog.
Tell us about a barrier
If something doesn't work with your assistive technology, email hello@ordrring.com with the page or screen, what you expected, and what happened. Accessibility reports get priority handling.
