The service

Ordr Ring is a software platform that helps restaurants manage orders, menus, staff, and payments. We are a software provider - we are not responsible for food quality, restaurant operations, or the conduct of any restaurant or its staff.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Owners are responsible for the staff accounts they create and the permissions they assign.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Beta program

During the beta, the service is provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. Features may change, and we may contact beta participants for feedback. We'll give reasonable notice before the beta ends or before introducing paid plans.

Fees & payments

Paid plans are billed at the rates shown on our pricing page. Card processing is provided by Stripe and billed separately at standard rates. We do not take a percentage of your sales. You can cancel at any time; there are no cancellation fees.

Your data

You own your restaurant's data. You can export it at any time. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. After a store closes, we retain records only as required for tax and legal obligations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put the platform or other users at risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordr Ring is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. The service is provided without warranties except where required by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
