Accounts and team access

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You must have legal capacity to enter these Terms. Anyone accepting on behalf of a business must have authority to bind it. Do not impersonate someone or use another person's account without authorization.

Owners and authorized managers are responsible for the team permissions they grant. Staff join through an invitation and use their own accounts. Removing someone from a team ends that team access; it does not give the business ownership of their personal account or authority to change their password or delete their account.

Account recovery or a business ownership transfer may require evidence of identity and authority. Contact us for a transfer following an owner's death or incapacity. Possessing a device or team invitation alone does not establish ownership of a business account.

Business terms

Ordr Ring provides software for independent businesses selling food, goods, and services. Businesses remain responsible for their operations, licenses, taxes, staff, products, service delivery, safety, and compliance with applicable law. Ordr Ring does not become the seller or service provider merely by hosting a listing, order, booking, or payment flow.

Before beginning operations or offering goods or services through Ordr Ring, you must obtain all licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, and inspections legally required for your business, activities, and each location. You must maintain and renew them while operating and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and codes, including health, food safety, building, fire, zoning, occupational, and professional requirements where applicable.

Do not offer or accept orders or bookings for activities you are not legally authorized to perform. If a required authorization expires, is suspended or revoked, or you otherwise lose the legal right to operate, promptly stop the affected activity on Ordr Ring and notify us. We may request evidence of compliance and restrict affected listings or access while reviewing it. An Ordr Ring account, listing, or payment approval is not a government license, inspection, or certification of compliance.

Failure to meet legal requirements may result in government enforcement, including fines, civil penalties, license suspension or revocation, closure orders, or criminal prosecution where applicable law provides. Those consequences are determined by the relevant governmental authorities and courts, not imposed by Ordr Ring under these Terms. They are separate from our right to restrict or terminate use of the service for a violation of these Terms.

Keep listings, prices, availability, descriptions, allergy information, and booking conditions accurate. Disclose applicable charges and cancellation or refund conditions before a customer commits. Honor accepted orders and bookings or communicate promptly when fulfillment is not possible. A discovery listing does not guarantee placement, traffic, customers, or sales.

Review AI-generated menus and other suggestions before publishing or using them. Automated extraction may misread prices, ingredients, allergens, and other details. You are responsible for the final content you approve and the rights to materials you upload.

Customer terms

Orders and bookings are with the business identified in the transaction. Review the items, appointment details, total price, and disclosed cancellation conditions before confirming. Provide accurate contact information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Any age-restricted purchase must meet applicable age and eligibility requirements.

Contact the business first about fulfillment, changes, cancellations, or refunds. Contact Ordr Ring about platform errors or suspected abuse. Merchant policies do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law or your payment provider's dispute process.

Fees, subscriptions, and payment processing

Ordr Ring software charges may include a subscription and a percentage fee on eligible orders. The applicable rates, billing interval, and promotional conditions are disclosed on our pricing page and when you select a plan. A free subscription does not necessarily waive per-order software fees. Any beta or founding offer applies only for its stated scope and duration.

Stripe processing fees are separate from Ordr Ring software charges, including during a software promotion. Rates and other processor charges depend on the payment method, transaction, and applicable Stripe agreement. Businesses must complete required verification and comply with applicable Stripe terms and restricted-business rules. Processor approval and payout availability are not guaranteed by Ordr Ring.

Recurring plans renew at the disclosed interval until canceled under the plan's cancellation conditions. You may request cancellation through available billing controls or contact us. The effective date, remaining access, and any applicable refund are governed by the terms disclosed when you subscribe and applicable law. Canceling a software plan does not cancel customer orders, eliminate amounts already owed, or delete a personal account. We will give notice of material price changes before they apply to a future billing period.

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies across Ordr Ring, including listings, images, uploads, order notes, bookings, staff interactions, and communications facilitated by the service. You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, stolen or counterfeit goods, exploitation, or illegal goods or services.
• Offer regulated goods or services without required authorization, or evade age checks, payment restrictions, or legal requirements.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone; promote violence or hateful abuse; or publish private information without authorization.
• Impersonate another person or business, falsely claim to own or represent a business, or create, claim, or manage a business listing without authorization from that business.
• Use another business's name, logo, photos, address, or other identifying details to mislead people about a listing's identity, ownership, affiliation, or endorsement, including through copied listings or deceptively similar branding.
• Create deceptive listings, manipulate discovery, or submit fraudulent orders, bookings, reviews, or payment disputes.
• Upload unlawful sexual content, child exploitation material, malware, or content that infringes another person's privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Send spam or use customer or staff information for unauthorized marketing, surveillance, harassment, resale, or purposes unrelated to an authorized business relationship.
• Access accounts, data, or systems without permission; bypass security or payment controls; overload the service; or collect data through unauthorized automated access.
• Evade a suspension, help others violate these rules, or abuse reporting tools to target legitimate users.

Report suspected violations to hello@ordrring.com. Include the relevant listing, order or booking reference, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, full card details, or unnecessary sensitive information. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Software licensing and intellectual property

Ordr Ring and its licensors retain ownership of the proprietary software, branding, designs, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, you may access the service for your own personal use or authorized business operations. This permission does not transfer ownership of the software or permit unauthorized resale or sublicensing.

You must not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of our proprietary software without permission; decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain its source code; remove proprietary notices; or bypass license, subscription, or access controls. These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override rights granted by applicable open-source licenses. Ordinary use of supported integrations and authorized data exports is permitted. Contact us to coordinate security research before testing systems beyond your authorized access.

For the iOS application, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the application license unless a separate custom EULA is expressly supplied through the App Store. These Terms govern the Ordr Ring service and transactions alongside that license; they do not replace Apple's applicable usage rules. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Reporting, suspension, and termination

We may investigate reports, remove or restrict content, limit features, or suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or risks to users and the service. Serious fraud, threats, or security risks may require immediate action. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the action and allow you to request review by emailing us with relevant information.

If a business listing or ownership claim is disputed, we may request evidence of authority and restrict the disputed listing or related access while reviewing it. A public business name, address, or logo alone does not establish authority to represent that business. Report suspected business impersonation through the contact listed above.

Suspension does not automatically erase transaction records or resolve outstanding orders, refunds, disputes, or amounts owed. Businesses remain responsible for those obligations. We may preserve information as described in our Privacy Policy and as needed to investigate abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Enforcement against access is separate from a user's request to delete their personal account.

Your content and privacy

You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Ordr Ring a nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the features you use, including displaying listings you publish. You must have permission to submit it. This does not transfer ownership of your content to Ordr Ring.

Our Privacy Policy describes handling of personal information. Businesses must use customer and staff data lawfully and only for authorized purposes. Contact us for access, export, or deletion requests. Retention after closure is subject to the Privacy Policy, legal obligations, and legitimate needs such as fraud prevention and resolving outstanding transactions.

Service limits and your legal rights

Features may change, and beta features may be incomplete or interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Businesses should maintain appropriate operational backups and check transaction results when connectivity is disrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordr Ring is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by law.

We will provide notice of material changes to these Terms before they take effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal or security reasons. Where fresh consent is required, we will request it. Changes do not retroactively alter completed transactions. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and contact us about closing your account and resolving outstanding obligations.
